I read the review the last person wrote in Oct. 2008 & I'm not sure he was at the same Neighbor's I know of. The one I went to had the most reasonable dinner prices I've seen for excellent food & the bar maid was very pleasant & accomodating - even helped me decide which one of the delicious sounding specials to order - which she was right about! I enjoyed the entire experience!
