This company helped me in the middle of the night around 3am, basement was completely flooded cause my sump pump stopped working, called them out to repair and replace it. They had all the water drained and mess cleaned up in no time. Was very pleased with their service. Wish there was more stars than 5. Thank you guys!

I took them to court and won - I was still unable to collect the judgement that was in my favor. Another gentleman won his case also the very same evening. He has also been unable to collect his favorable judgement.

Anyone seeking a plumber in the Buffalo Area should stay away from Paul DiPalma. DiPalma overcharges for inferior work. The work he did at my house left me with more problems than before he began including leaking pipes, water damage and other issues. When I called him to address these issues, he evaded me and sent his plumber who is useless. I am sure he has ripped off many other customers in this way. This guy should not be allowed to have a plumbing license (if he does in fact have such a license).
