Went to sheridan store in amherst to buy laminate flooring for my kitchen.Took sample home with me liked it went back to store to pick it up becauce sample said in stock no, had to order not in stock took almost three weeks to get.(they told me they put a rush on it ha!) went to get my order when it came in,took it home guess what wrong color! took it back to store they told me they called armstrong they said that was the color in a different box,wrong i called armstrong told them the color i ordered guess what! they stopped making that color three years ago!you think that custom carpet center should no what they can order and what they cannot order from the armstong !so the sales person gave me the shaft and they lied to me ! i will never go back there again.
