Looking at other reviews I have to laugh. I bought a box of candy for my son and I to watch a movie. We went into the movie and each had a piece. The candy was hard and stale. We went back to the counter to get another box to which we were told we had to talk to the manager. After waiting 5 minutes with no one coming out we went back to our movie. I told the counter to just get us the candy in the theatre. Not only did no one bring us anything but after the movie upon returning to the counter I see the same girl and ask to see the manager to which she says that she "went out to dinner" (it was 10pm at night) and that the candy wasn't stale so we won't get a refund or another box. I said who is the manager's boss and she told me that the manager was also the owner. I can't believe that the owner of this business would risk a happy customer over a box of candy. I have always liked this theatre and their staff. I have never seen the current staff in the past and was shocked at their attitude. I hope this one box of candy costs this owner a lot more business than 1 box of candy. The theatre itself is fine but I will not give a person like that my hard earned money with such little regard for their customers over such a minor issue. I hope you won't as well.

Extremely friendly staff. Genuine concern for your good time at the movies. Comfortable seating. Very few ads and trailers before show. HUGE variety of refreshments. Loved my fresh iced tea. Best popcorn in Chicagoland. Big free parking lot very close to door. Hook up with their club and get free stuff. Many showtimes for such an intimate theatre. First run movies. Most of all, LOW TICKET PRICES! Go B-G theater!

I went and saw a movie and went to buy a bottle of soda and it was dated from last year and every bottle is expired! Even the soda machine boxes are old. The popcorn kernels are outdated as well from the shipment. Don't go to this theater.
