Horrible Service ,unfriendly your just another number. They cant keep up with everyone so there constantly making mistakes, NEVER will I go there ever again...

Place is horrible and far from understanding. You constantly have to check up on them because they don't like doing what they get paid to do, The only person that is willing to help you out is Brianna. A fax was supposed to be sent to my doctor which days later when I checked up on the process the fax was not even sent yet. It was to the point even my doctor was fed up! The manager, mo, is completely unprofessional as well. The whole place is a mess, let's just say I switched to cvs in Stanhope, nj. They are kind, quick and on top of everything! I suggest staying away from Ledgewood CVS at all costs, the extra mile to Stanhope cvs is well worth it!
