I was very disappointed with the terrible customer service from the female worker this morning. When I had realized I had done a terrible job of taping the packaged I prepared to send and wanted extra tape on it, she was rude, mumbled under breath, asked to no one in particular if it was Monday, and tried to make me look terrible to another customer. I tried to reach for the box, which is technically mine, being that wrapped it and paid for it, and perhaps that was an incorrect move. She should have explained this instead of being such a terrible person. No one wants to start a Saturday in a bad mood, and for the record, I too work on a Saturday, every Saturday. Please be aware of the older women with the bad attitude at the Bryn Mawr post office. I have bought stamps during the holidays, but try not to go to the post office to frequently, this was the worst and most uncomfortable experience I have ever had.
