Had a good experience each time. Kids braces turned out great and the staff was very friendly. My kids were happy

I went and got braces put on my teeth in oct. 2005,and everytime i went for a checkup and tightning they would refuse to do anything with my braces. They would have other patients in the room with you while they're working on your mouth. After a while the little rubber things holding the wire on would break and the wire would come off. And they would say I done it myself that I was eating candy (I think I would know what I am doing!) Then They would say medicade doesn't pay for broken brackets, but a week after that one of my friends wwent in there and they told her medicade would pay for the 7 broken brackets she had so we told them if medicade would pay then we wouldn't pay them. while having broke brackets they told me they would have to wait til next month (done this almost every month!) Then when we went back in wih the little bands broken again they said they were just going to take my braces off. the next day we called and made an appointment for the following month(they refused to see me again) so after a while my brackets started falling off and 4 months later they had called and said we were 8 months behind (well it's y'alls fault dumbasses) when we finally went in they told me that i had pulled them off myself. they've refused to take the cement off of my teeth, now I have holes in my teeth): Don't take your kids there unless you want holes in your kids teeth

Was told by another dentist office to not go here, but went ahead anyways and had the worst experience.

1st visit with my 2yo and 5yo, was told to wait in the exam room while they did my 5yos xrays. told them no im not leaving him by himself. fine. waiting in exam room. (which was very small) 2yo had visual exam, no cavities. 5yo had 3 cavities, they sent us to the front to check out. no cleaning. then at checkout, i could wait 30 minutes to get cavities filled or reschedule. i rescheduled.

we get there today for fillings and was told that i would have to leave the room with my 2yo and leave my 5yo in there alone. told them not happening. then woman came in telling me she couldnt do her job with other children in the room, because if my other child distracted her she could have hurt my 5yo. then she suggested that i come back at another time with ONLY my 5yo or have a nurse watch my child. How could a childrens dentist office be so horrible?????
