This establishment was recommended to me by my oldest son when we had the unfortunate fate of lossing our 8th grandbaby! The personalized customer service, quality of product, VERY reasonable pricing and selection of products (in-store) was amazing!Out of all the flowers received, my arrangement & my son's stood out & above the others! We were so happy with their products, I'm joining their VIP program!! Thank you so much for providing such quality products

this is the worst florist experience ever! after delivering my mother's birthday flowers to her office, they showed back up later that day and told her the order had been cancelled (it had not), and told her they were taking back her flowers. when my mother asked the manager to call teleflora where the order was placed to determine if the order was still good, the manager said that wasn't her job and she could do it herself. save yourself the embarrassement and have another florist deliver your flowers.
