Worse managed place ever. I was so happy to move out. And then 7 months later, after moving out, they get a company to call me saying i owe them money. seriously don't try and live here. they do not corporate with you at all. AND they do not support those serving our country and their families. I had to move because my husband was stationed somewhere else. and it took MONTHS to try and get everything settled. seriously the worst people ive ever had to deal with.

Reveille Ranch is awesome! The front desk people are very nice every time I come in and they always have food or snacks at the front. They even give out free scantrons which is nice! The maintenance staff has always been extremely quick at fixing any issues that I have had. I also really like all the resident events that they host, I have been able meet a lot of new people! LOVE REVEILLE!

great place to live. close to campus and there's always something going on. might not be for everyone, but I love it

Reveille Ranch is a horribly managed apartment community. James Point Management has done a horrible job in making the residents feel at home. When I moved in, my apartment was dirty and infested with nats. My shower had soap scum build-up, rust, and mold. My toilet wasn’t even flushed! The carpet, baseboards, and windows were stained and very dirty. I wrote down every detail of what was wrong with the apartment when I moved in on the ‘move in form’. The conveniently “lost” this form and charged me every kind of fee possible when I moved out. During my stay at Reveille Ranch, I went into the office to complain about all bug and maintenance problems. They rarely completed the work orders and very rarely would fix the problems in a timely manner. Two of my neighbors had over 20 bags of trash stored on their balconies in the Texas heat. This caused major bug problems for the whole apartment building. James Point Management took over 4 weeks to make the residents throw away their trash and get a pest control person into the apartments.



The management company claimed that I had a pet in the apartment. I have never owned a pet, and my roommate was allergic to most animals. I told them they there was a mistake, and that I did not have a pet in the apartment…ever. They called me a liar. Dealing with this company has been horrible. If you call to make a complaint, they are completely unreasonable. They are very unprofessional in their dealings with the residents. Every time you call Amanda in the Reveille Ranch office or Francis Lanigham in the Corporate James Point Management office they get emotional. They name call and become very defensive. Their demeanor is incredibly unprofessional. Any time there is a problem, they have an excuse like “James Pointe is new to Reveille Ranch.



The ONLY good thing about Reveille Ranch is the pool. The rest of the amenities are horrible. The dumpster is located in a very inconvenient place, and the students living there are too lazy to take out their trash. Therefore, the place is infested with nats and roaches. There is only one small drawer in the kitchen, so storage is always an issue. The bathroom has a pedestal sink with very minimal storage as well.



DON’T MOVE HERE! I learned the hard way.
