I have a 2008 F250 which comes with a design flaw in the fuel pump wiring. The wiring is unprotected and eventually rubs through the insulation shorting it out. I took my truck to the local Ford dealership in BCS and was quoted over 2K to fix the issue. I called around and found Dean's and they quoted me 1/3 that price. Much more reasonable, or so I thought. After a week I eventually called up and they said they were behind and had just started. Week 2 "we're having trouble it'll be done by the end of the week". Week 3 "having problems with the exhaust it'll be done by the end of the week". Week 4 "have you ever had problems with the power steering pump?" Finally I get a call it is ready after being in the shop for 28 days (06/17/14 - 07/15/14) Its ready. I go with my $800 and they try and charge me for the power steering pump. They didn't after I pitched a fit. Not saying they are a bad shop, they did come recommended, but not going to use them again. (12 days, no new problems)

Have taken my old diesel pick up to them on several occasions. They work hard to make sure they fix what's broke and not run up the bill, even when I didn't know what the heck was wrong with the air conditioner. Honest is very hard to find in this business as the other reviewer indicated. Recommend them highly.

We've used Dean's three times and were very pleased with the work and that it was always done when promised. They were willing to work with us on our schedule, as well. Honest mechanics are a pleasure to find.
