We had been excited to finally get a enough time off of our busy schedules to go have a nice dinner at Cotton Patch. That was ruined completely with the service staff as well as the presentation of the food.
My guest was offered a drink but I was completely ignored. When I asked another waiter how long were we going to have to wait until we could have our order taken, he then came over took my drink and dinner our order . Our waiter brought out my drink and almost slammed it on the table. With a irritated look on his face. Our food came out and was not placed but sled across the table. Which was beyond rude. We never got asked if we needed anything, as refills or desserts we were never severed rolls as we seen that all other guests being seated would be brought out.
I used to love Cotton Patch and now I would very much think twice before sending even my worst enemy to eat there with the kind of service they have.
