We owe Sam Castoria a big thank you for recommending your company to us. We have experienced some serious problems concerning our sewage backflow for the past couple of years. The City of Bryan has been here, as well as independent contractors trying to identify the problem. After a couple of years of this stoppage without a solution, Ed and I were at our wit's end. Luckily, Sam recommended your company and I immediately called Ms. Frances Neimeyer and she was ever so gracious and accommodating and assured us someone would be here as soon as possible. You are very lucky to have someone like Frances in your employ and representing your company from the intial phone call and I hope you know what an amazing representative you have in Frances. Troy and Paul showed up around 2:45 p.m. on 3/16/11 to try and rectify the problem. I was in contact with Ms. Frances throughout the day.
