We have had a terrible experience with this company. Today I came home to find that maintenance left both my gate and my back door open and my dog got out. The maintenance guy tried to argue and say he didn't leave it open, but I'm pretty sure my 6 lb dog didn't open it by herself! All this is after I asked the maintenance guy to wait and come by when I was home and he refused and told me he would be sure the dog didn't get out.
