Randy is very unprofessional. Should not be on the phones making appointments. Makes mistakes and makes the customer look like a fool. Very bad customer service and treats loyal customers very poorly. I would not recommend this salon to anyone.

I've been seeing Joyce the owner for 10 years now, always have good service, great haircuts, great perms. Experience does count.
