I initially raved about All Star Pet Grooming as my dogs looked great. Upon picking them up I made another appointment for my other dogs for a few weeks later. When I showed up, there were several other people waiting. They never opened their shop and never called to apologize for the inconvenience or with an explanation. I even left a few messages for them.If this shop is still open, they are good groomers but very bad business people and bad customer service.

Having been looking for a groomer for my dogs I found All-Star Grooming just by chance. Abby and Riley never looked better when I picked them up and the best part was they were able to roam freely and not be caged. With a couple of more dogs to get groomed, they are now my groomer. Prices are reasonable too compared to others that I've tried.

I took my poodle mix to All Star to be groomed and was HORRIFIED when I arrived to pick her up. They had shaved her completely down to the skin from head to toe. My dog looked so horrible that I hardly recognized her. When I dropped her off I told the groomer to only cut off a little and to shape her up nice. I guess that fell on deaf ears. I couldn't talk to the groomer to find out what the hell happened, because she was on the phone the whole time I was there. I read all the reviews before taking my dog to All Star, so I am not sure what the hell happened to my little baby. I will NEVER go back to this place again and I warn others to be aware that this could happen to your little baby too.

Tyra was due for a grooming back when we had a really wet snow, but I had no time. Tyra loved the snow but got hundreds of snow balls in her fur, especially on her feet. I did a hurried trim of her feet so she wouldn't be so cold after coming in from the snow. When I had time to take Tyra to All-Star place again, 1) Tyra was delighted, and 2) Paul didn't smirk or tsk-tsk. He understood completely. And when she was back, Tyra looked 1000% better.

We have taken our miniature Schnauzer to All Star a couple of times now, and he has come back looking so good that we are now reluctant to take him anywhere else. We were referred to All Star by a co-worker, and I would recommend All Star to anyone looking for a good groomer.

My little guy is 3 years old. I have taken him to numerous groomers. He would be so stressed when I picked him up. His eyes were always wet from tears and he would tremble for at least a day. I love All Star. My little Max was so happy when I picked him up. He looked fabulous and he was happy. I have found a wonderful place to take him and will refer anybody looking for a groomer to All Star. Great experience all the way around.

First time customer to All Star Pet Grooming, now a customer for life!!! Paul and Allyson were fantastic with my puppy, with great customer service. I had taken my 5 month old puppy to one of the Pet Store chains for grooming and my puppy was caged and came away very anxious. The moment we stepped in the door at All Star Grooming Paul immediately made my puppy feel calm. All Star does not cage the dogs and allows them to mingle with the other dogs in the shop. My puppy looked great and I will not take him anywhere else. Thank you Paul and Allyson!

I have an older Golden Retriever that gets super nervous going to the groomer. I took him here to get a bath and brush and he came back looking great and calm as can be. Cage free environment and great service, I would recommend this place to anyone. Thanks Paul!

This was the WORSTt experience ever! First off they were 30 min late and acted like it was my fault!! Then they cut my dog WAY too short! HE was all un even and scared to death when I picked him up!! Oh and the place DOES STINK!!! Saw that on other review!! Apparently the last few reviews were bad too! Wish I had seen those BEFORE I tried!!

What happened to this place!! It started out GREAT!! I used to love it here.Now that Julie's gone the place is horrible! They are never there and never return my calls. Does anybody know where Julie Rosa went???? Need to find her she was the best!!!!

I stoped in to complain about my terrible grooming!!! Of course it was 11:00 am and this place was closed! It's ALWAYS closed!!! They won't return my messages either! Anyway, I looked in the window and OMG IT WAS DISGUSTING!!! Now how dirty do you have to be that a customer FROM THE WINDOW can tell its filthy!!!! No wonder my baby came home with the runs and vomiting!!! Don't go here!!! Although I don't know how you can even get an apointment when they wine answer the phone or come to work!! If its out of business I can see why!!

The old lady working was rude! The man was as dirty as the place! Didn't like it at all! Need to find Julie! Horrible place! Watch out!!
