There has been a major problem with the exit button in this facility.Complaints to the manager get nowhere. The manager blames the people that report the problem. The manager will sit in the office and the gate will be closed. When I was unable to exit, and reported it. The manager claimed I "Pushed the botton wrong". He then tried it and it didn't work until about six pushes. I went in on Saturday again, and the exit button didn't work at all. Luckily, another customer opened the gate from the outside and I was able to exit. Last year, I had to climb over the fence, in the rain) in order to use the outside key pad to open the gate and get out of the yard. I have also had my two storage lockers padlocked for no reason. They had cashed the check (Paid on time) and then reported that I was delinquent to the manager. These are ongoing problems, and at seventy years old, I don't need to be climbing over barbed wire fences in the rain. Not at $240 a month rent.
