Look very close at your bills and watch all the work he is doing. And don't let him try to convince you that you need something you don't. Over $1100 for a frozen line and the guy couldn't even add up the total correctly. Also while acknowledging that he owes me money he still refuses to pay a measly $15 out of an $1100 bill
