I had a bad experience at this salon. I came in with shoulder length hair. I showed Mallie a pic of a cut below the chin. She assured me she could cut my hair like the pic. Instead she cut it short and it looked nothing like the pic. When I expressed disappointment she flippantly said "oh I guess you're not used to short hair, it will grow back". The cut is horrible. If you go to this salon steer clear of Mallie--she doesn't listen and she doesn't care

I have always had bad haircuts with no one who listens or styles my hair good! I decided to give salon medusa a chance. To my surprise I have finally found the most amazing hairdresser, Amanda! She knows what I want even though I can't put it into words. She does AMAZING color! I highly recommend everyone to go to her!

I look forward to my regular visits at Salon Medusa. It has a modern, relaxing atmosphere with stylists and techs that know their business and always make me feel welcome. Co-owner David does my hair and I always get compliments. I've always been pleased with the other services I have used as well, including facials, nails and waxing.

Salon Medusa is THE best salon in the Milwaukee Metro area, hands down. Friendly service and great cut/color style every time. They aren't cheap, but I wouldn't go anywhere else!
