Serve Link Home Care began in 1973 as Services for Older Americans. ​In 2002, Serve Link added Lifeline Services to its patient care products and services. Lifeline supports independent living by allowing patients to get emergency assistance when they need at the touch of a button. In 2011, Serve Link opened a branch office in Brookfield as part of its acquisition of Pershing Health System's Home Health and Hospice programs. Serve Link continues to offer home health services through the branch office location for Linn, Chariton and Macon Counties. Once again we continue our 48 years of care as a not-for-profit business committed to serving our local neighbors and communities with high quality local care. ​
