I've been to Hollywood motors twice for oil changes. Each time it was done to satisfactory, but today 8/1/17 I called to try to get a apointment for an oil change I was put on hold so they could check the schedule. When re connected I was told and I quote "you only get oil changes, this is a complete auto shop why don't you go to jiffy lube instead" i am appalled to be told that basically because I don't get expensive work done I am wasting their time and should go else where, I guess now my money will go to jiffy lube.

Came to Hollywood when 2 other places could not fix the problem. The team maticulously evaluated the problem and formulated the correct solution. Repaired auto and repaired it correctly, now running smoother then when new. Great job, knowledgeable staff, and excellent service! Highly recommend!
