Citicare Ambulette Service

I live in the Bronx, between Huntington & Brimsmade Ave, Throggs Neck area. There's a citicare ambulette that comes to my block from Monday to Friday around 10 am or 11am & blocks all the empty parkings, you can't ask him to move because he's sleeping. He'll be there for most of the day until about 3pm or so, the ambulette stays on for all that time & has the AC on. I live in the houses &I the noise of the ambulette is very annoying & disturbs the children I care for in my daycare not to mention the pollution. If some one can please look into this matter we will be greatly appreciated. Today is 9/8 & he's been here since 10:30, the # on the side of the ambulette is 4220, hope this helps.
