My wife and I took our vehicle to Fellers to have the air conditioning looked at before our trip out of state. I advised them that my father had replaced the water pump and the AC stopped working. I also told them that I had already checked the fuses and couldn't determine what it was. So we waited for the diagnosis.



Whatever you do, do yourself a favor and DO NOT take your vehicle to this shop.



We also went to the BBB and received a response letter from Tom that was filled with lies, painting us as the antagonist and Tom as the victim. The BBB did nothing for us and was a waste of time. This is why we only trust Angies List and the AAA consumer reviews.



It took awhile for the mechanic to approach us and tell us that he couldn't figure it out and that we were left with two choices. One, take the vehicle to another shop and pay for Fellers time spent on the car or two, leave the vehicle with them while out of state for the repair.

We decided that we're already paying for services to we would find alternative trans for our trip.

While on vacation I received a call early in the morning from the mechanic. I was told that they figured out the problem and wanted to know if I wanted it repaired. I told them of course, but what was wrong with it. Mechanics advised it was alternator not being grounded when my father fixed the water pump. We got back into town and went to the shop. The owner (Tom) assisted us and once told the price I new it wasn't the same as told over the phone. I asked if I could speak to the mechanic and that's when he flipped out on us screaming & demanded that I pay. After he put his finger in my face I called the Police.

Fellers fixes it right everytime. There service and maintenance is outstanding. They work unbelievable hours so it is easy to get my car in for service. They do most repairs in the same day.
