Provided by YP.comstore is not what it used to be. I brought my laptop here to fix a simple sound issue. It was working perfect when I broght it in besides that. they call me and told me it has some completely different issue, and when I went to pick it up it was trashed! salespeople were very rude and disrespectful and i am insulted by the service. will never go to radioshack again
