If you ever wanted to know why small business folks like this ACE are slowly disappearing, look no further to the ignorant staff who know nothing.

Made a call to the store asking fi they priced matched lowes, and some ignorant woman answers the phone with a real attitude problem.

So I ask, do you price match Lowes?

She asked on What, I said a Husqvarna RIding Mower.

We do not sell Husqvarna! She balks at me through the phone.

I said yes you do t is on the ACE Website, you are an ace store so you should know if you sell these products.

Then she stammers and get even louder and grumpier at me... SO I said you know what you're rude should not be in customer service and just lost a local 3 yr customer to Lowes with your attitude, then a manager grabs the phone and starts yelling at me, so I say to him GO F Yourself... you people are rude and obnoxious and just lost a 3 yr customer who has spent over 25k in your store since 2016 (Remodeling my home)

Then I just hung up.

Granted Lowes people aren't always the brightest but they know what product lines they sell on their website and in store when it comes to riding mowers.

A local business could have had another sale but with poor customer service and an old bitty answering phones screaming at people with an attitude problem shows everything you need to know why stores like this end up closed and another Home Depot or Lowes takes over.
