I recently moved to Champaign. My gargage door was having problems shutting this morning. I called the vendor whose placard was next t the button (the guys who installed the door I assume - located in Ogden). The customer service agent on the phone was not helpful at all and could not tell me when a service guy could come even though my door was stuck open. She did not ask me any questions about what type of door I had or what the problems were. I had to beg her to call me later in the afternoon just to let me know if there was a chance that they could come out to help. Well I was not impressed.I went onto the internet and found Deni's ad and the two reviews you see above. When I reached out to Deni for help I was really impressed. He literally diagnosed the problem over the phone and walked me through the solution. I will be calling Deni if I ever have any issues in the future.This proves what I always believed - When you can talk directly to a small business owner it makes a difference.
