One of the managers, named Randy was very rude to me and my daughter. He ignored our request to move a large stock cart so we could get our shopping cart out. He was rude when he checked us out. After spending $64 in the store, he handed me my receipt and didn't say thank you. We will not be shopping at the Brighton PetSmart again. There are many other pet supply stores that would love to have our business.

Their dog grooming is VERY OVER PRICED ! ! Almost TWICE the price of any other groomer.
