The customer service is horrible at the front desk. Customers are made to feel unwelcome and unimportant. The best word to describe the "welcome" is RUDE. However, the students were GREAT! And the services they provided were excellent. But "management" and the instructors are miserable.

If you're thinking about attending this school, think twice! I recently graduated from here and boy was it a struggle. The teachers in the front are great. It's Ms. Pat and Ms. Marie that have serious power trip issues! They are so rude and bitchy, I left in tears quite a few times. Beware. They do not care about you, they just want your money.

I have been getting my hair done here for over 6 years. It is a great place, with the best service! Everyone is very nice and aims to please! Once you try it you will never go anywhere else.
