The entire staff at Platte River medical clinic is amazing, helpful and very professional! I've always had a positive experience when I visit their office. .

I have been seeing Dr. Euser for years. Excellent Dr. If there is something wrong , I can trust Dr. Euser .

NEVER go here! I went to the Urgent Care and waited over an hour to be seen (even though I arrived 10 minutes after they opened). When I was seen, the paramedic who did my history and vitals was FANTASTIC but then the incompetent Nurse Practitioner came in to see me. Not once did she make eye contact. I explained my history and why I need a specific test to be done. She refused and sent me home with a blanket antibiotic which I told her I had a history of negative side effects. (she didn't care) I later ended up in the ER not even 48 hours later with a worse infection that had spread and I had sepsis. Both my ER and floor physician felt that my care at this Urgent Care was neglectful and my entire hospital stay could have been avoided had the nurse practitioner done her job. As an RN I was disgusted at my care, or lack there of. I will NEVER go here again and I strongly recommend you avoid this place at all cost. I have contacted numerous people at this urgent care and received no phone calls or emails back regarding my complaints. (again proof, they don't care about their patients)

The Building is clean and well kept, but most of the receptionist are rude and wont even look you in the eye; when I was checking in for the first time, I was handed paperwork and told to fill it out, no explination or understanding to the forms other than what I was able to read, that receptionist was beyond rude to me and talked to me as if I was nothing. The MA's are nice and walk you through what they are doing and the providers have great bedside mannor. but when you call in to get a question answered or a Rx refill I kinda feel as if I am not important enough for them to help me and I have brought these feeling to management and was assured the issues would be fixed but months later it just seems to be getting worse. If you can set all the bad asside to see a great provider then its worth it but dont have several health issues thats when they start making you feel like your a burden.
