Best place in town, low rates, clean. I travel to different states of the country at different hours and it helps a lot the fact that Somerset Self Storage has 24/7/access.

I would like to express my gratitude to Gabriela for taking such good care of me and explaining everything in great detail. Her customer service was amazing. I am also very pleased with this storage facility because it's clean, secure and I can access my unit at any hour of the day, 7 days a week.

I have been parking my tractor trailer at Somerset Self Storage for the past 7 years. I usually start my work day between 3am and 5am. It is very convenient for me that this facility offers 24/7 access, at a low parking rate, and it's so secure, as well. Also, I have a 10 x 10 unit and the rate is a lot lower than other places around the same area. The place is always clean and the customer service is very pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend this storage facility to others.

I WOULD NOT recommend this storage facility. My unit flooded with water twice this year due to unusual weather conditions and poor facility management. I was at the storage facility as the flooding was happening, went right to the manager Gabriella, told her that water was being forced into my unit due to a foot high of snow in front of it that was blocking drainage of the roof and she told me that "we don't plow the snow away from building that close". When I asked her to have someone shovel or plow the snow she refused to get that done. Water went into my unit. I was unable to clear it out due to things covering the entire floor. On behalf of Gabriella, I will say that 3 months later she leant me two pallets to help me raise 10% of my things off of the 300 square feet of floor that I was renting.



Facility locked gates often were broken and tied open. So at least you could get in, but so could anyone else.

I am not happy with this storage unit company. I have had my things in storage for a while and they used to be fantastic. Then they went corporate and suck. Changes in prices, policies, late fees. They no longer care about the customer only money. The hours to use the lift are when they are there which is hardly ever.. wait.. 9-3 (cause everyone doesn't have a job). Any holiday or weekends they seem to never work so you cant access the lift on your days off, you have to trek your stuff down a flight of stairs. They are extremely unprofessional and rude when you call them as if your interrupting their day of nothing. Please do not go to this facility. Their late fees and over all attitude here are horrendous and unprofessional.
