Provided by YP.comI have been with LifeStorage for nearly 5 years. In that time, I have been overwhelmed by the extraordinary customer service I have received. I have never had an issue that was not resolved immediately or within a few days. One instance comes to mind when the rates increased and it was much more than expected. I came in and spoke with them and wanted to know why the increase was so much. Even the management team was questioning it. Well to make a long story short, my rates we dropped considerably with only an increase of about $10. I would recommend LifeStorage in Bridgeview without question. They are courteous, knowledgeable and always there to help when there is an issue. They are the BEST!
