They sold us a slab when they came and installed they gave us a different slab that was worse than the one we picked, they said they all were the same but they were not, they did nothing to help us, all they said if we wanted something different we had to buy a different slab and pay full price again. please watch these people as the will pull the bait and switch with you. and when you call them on it they said to bad this is what you bought even though we know it was not.

We had a wonderful experience with Granite Emporium. They walked us through each step on what to expect and when they would finish. Price was lower than anywhere else. We were back in our new kitchen in one week. We ordered cabinets and counter tops. They were fast, clean and professional, highly recommend!

Best quality, excellent price and everyone was friendly. The customer service was outstanding. They are very accommodating and helpful. Highly recommend these folks for your home remodel!!!

Tony was very professional, honest and trustworthy. He came with samples in hand and spent a good deal of time discussing with me the many options in granite as well as the coordinating back splash. In the course of this meeting, I mentioned doing granite on the bathroom floor and Tony offered to help get me a deal on the tile for the bathroom floor. Not only did he help get a great price for my counters, I also had him make the top to my new kitchen island and the granite for bathroom floor at an incredible price. I found Granite Emporium to be great quality at a fantastic price with excellent service.

In response to the last review, I don't know what you expected...a free countertop? Sounds to me like you were being greedy.

To be upfront, this review is about the post-care of Granite Emporium to their customers on their referral program. Basically - whatever they tell you they will do for 'free' as a gift to you for referring customers to their business is a flat out lie. My wife and I were told after they completed our kitchen that we would receive a free cut slab of granite (that we would have to install ourselves) for each customer that we refer to them. We sent my wife's parents to them for their kitchen to be done, and some friends of ours as well. So, you would think that 2 referrals = 2 slabs, right? Wrong. Had two 5.5' slabs (26" wide) that we asked to cash in on - their basic Otter pattern - nothing exotic. The office assistant took the measurements, Tony said he would honor the referrals, and we could expect to have them ready within a week. Got a call from them a week later saying he is going to charge $700 (and the initial cost would have been $1,300) instead of the free slab that was agreed upon. Looking at some other places for granite, you can get the same 24 sq. ft we were looking for INSTALLED For LESS than what they were going to give as a basic 'gift'. Lesson here is - get it in writing from them. You'll send some customers their way thinking you're doing everyone some good, and you will just end up having the rug pulled out from underneath you. So... as a result, I would second guess my decisions to send any more business their way, since they apparently won't keep promises they make. Make sure you get every single thing in writing from them, or you'll end up getting screwed over.

1st we did our Kitchen over 100sq of Granite from estimate to completely installed only 8days. Excellent Job, then we called him in for my parents about 3weeks later once again from estimate to completely installed in 10days. Excellent Job. These guys are the best, you have a lifetime Oak Lawn customer...

The worst of the worst. Installers cracked first piece,then tried to install and claim it was a vein. Adonnis came out and confirmed it was a crack. They brought out another and cracked that one. Adonnid refused to replace. This is the worst place you can deal with. Do yourself a favor and stay as far away from Granite Emorium as possibble!

After we had contracted with Granite Emporium, I read the reviews. Needless to say, I had a couple of sleepless nights. Our granite countertops were installed yesterday- THEY ARE BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!! Golden Sand- AWESOME!!!!

granite pieces were cut wrong..didnt fit..try to talk to adonis and he wouldnt answer the phone..talk to the secretary and was told that adonis the owner said it was my problem now...should of never paid them in full till they were done with the job...be careful with adonis he seems very nice and karismatic...but will rip u off in a heartbeat....

I had granite counter tops put in my kitchen and bathroom. The cuts were all off, it took them weeks to come back and replace them and to this day I am still waiting for them to come back to hook up the plumbing. I guess you do get what you pay for it might be the cheapest prices but they have HORRIBLE customer service!

Adoonis and his company where the best price and most efficient contractor we have worked with..We will be a life long customer..Adonis is a great person to work with..He knows his granite and things.His workers very very professional also..Cant say enough good about this company.
