My need of a car was a bit spontaneous, and hadn't saved enough for the car of my liking. I had $2000, for down payment and the car was $7500 a 2007 BMW. The dealership owner was very rude and unrespectful, refusing that I even test drive that car, that the bank would not accept my deal. His employee was courteous and continue to work with me, but the owner pushed that I get however the 07 Mazda 3 which was around $5000 and with the 2 year warranty it was total of about $7000 just the car without interest, the same price as the BMW. I had felt humiliated by his treatment, and if it had not be for his employee and the aspect that I needed a car to drive to school, I would not had purchased the car with them.

My husband and I purchased a Saturn Vue late last year. The vehicle that we purchased has been in the shop, more than it's been out! We've put in a new transmission, overhauled the entire brake system, radiator, wheel bearings and lots of other smaller repairs. Luckily, we also bought an extended warranty. The only reason we bought from them is my husband had lived in the town of Bridgeview for years and coached soccer there. The young woman who did our paperwork knew him. I would never recommend anyone to buy an automobile from these thieves! I've written a letter to the Better Business Bureau and plan to file a formal complaint with the city of Bridgeview. I should have known they were unethical when it took so long to get our title. We paid cash for the vehicle! They blamed the error on the State of Illinois....damn thieves. Stay away from these people. Let the Buyer Beware.....Run.....If you buy a vehicle and get burned, it's your own damn fault, you've been warned. The only reason I gave them one star is I had to in order to post this complaint! M. Carlson

I had purchased a 2001 dodge stratus from Diamond Auto Sales on 74 and Harlem and this car has been nothing but trouble. First they sell me a car with a Locked Radio . Then a day passes and the rear shocks breaks. I had to spend 400$ to get it fixed. Then a couple days pass and my engine starts to over heat. They sold me a car with a broke water pump. That coated me 1700$ to fix. I had bought the car for 2600$. Now come to find out I also need a new control arm. Diamond Auto Sales has coated me over 5,000 for a car that is only worth 1400$ in GOOD condition. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE. They sell cars that aren't even safe to drive. BUYERS BEWARE! -JAMES KACHIROUBAS

Before I purchased a 2004 Lincoln Navigator, Diamond Auto Sales offered to fully repair the suspension, and replace two tires with steel belts exposed. We had reached an understanding that I would not purchase this vehicle unless these repairs were made. I purchased it on 9/7/13, & did not receive delivery of the vehicle until 9/10/13, as they were making the repairs they agreed to. Upon delivery of the vehicle, they claimed to have repaired the suspension, & advised me that they had 2 used tires reserved at a tire shop. I paid $140 for the tires, both of which were not balanced & were not appropriate for my vehicle, as they were offroad tires. I took the vehicle to Bob Rohrman Schaumburg Lincoln, for an inspection, where their mechanics verified that the suspension was not fully repaired. I not only paid $130 out of my pocket for the inspection, but also paid $650.61 to make some of repairs that D.A.S. falsely claimed to have made. The Service Advisor from Bob Rohrman Schaumburg Lincoln, has asked me to provide his contact information, to verify that D.A.S. did fail to fully repair the suspension. His contact information is: Roger Gutierrez, (847) 278-3333. I have not only currently spent $820.61 out of my own pocket on repairs D.A.S. agreed to make, but have been left without transportation, as the vehicle still needs repairs. This has jeopardized my employment, income, and livelihood. I called D.A.S. about the suspension, and did not receive a return phone call. I finally made contact with them today, 10/2/13. They advised me that they purchased and repaired only one suspension sensor from Ogden Lincoln, ((630) 968-5600). They are not willing to reimburse me for my out of pocket repairs, but offered to look at it, if I drove it in. The state in which the vehicle is in, does not allow me to make the hour drive to their dealership. They also are refusing to contact Bob Rohrman Schaumburg Lincoln, to verify that the suspension was still in need of repair, before I accepted delivery of the truck. I have gone ahead and filed a complaint to the BBB, in hopes that this issue can be fairly resolved. - Matthew Dewig
