Darling Tuesday at 7:38pm My husband picked my 3 dogs up today after their stay for 19 days. Going away on vacation the last thing you want to worry about is the treatmeant of your dogs at a kennel. This should be a vacation for the dogs as well. Not in our case. All three were covered in urine, feces and matts. I take very good care of my dogs and they rarely have a matt. If they get one, I brush them immediately. I also get them groomed regularly. My husband bathed them as soon as he brought them home. This did very little for my dogs. I had to call the groomer and thankfully she was able to take them right away. She said the pads of my Shih Tzu were raw from sitting in urine and feces all day. Also, instead of putting the harness on my Yorkie, they put the handle of his leash around his neck. Who does that? These 19 days has cost $839.42 and all we got out of this was ill treatment if our dogs. I will never again use their services and will be sure to steer other away from them.
