Be bought our wood stove in November. A month after having it the hot air return pipe melted and burned where it touched the stove. We ordered more piping and a new motor(assuming that's why the piping melted). Waited a week without heat only to find out that the problem wasuch bigger that just a fan motor. Now we are waiting another 5 to 7 days for the rest of the parts and hopefully a service tech. My point being, their products obviously do not go through rigorous testing and they are in no hurry to service their products after being sold.

Obviously they can delete their reviews as I put one up a year ago.



This Company DOES NOT stand behind their product.



Yes they will sent you COUNTLESS replacement parts, enough you can build a whole entire stove. But yours still won't work. No matter how many times they send out a SERVICE TECH to work on the junk they sell. Once your year warrentee is up, then you can pay over and over for the same crap they have sent you a million times.



THEIR PRODUCTS are JUNK!!
