For 35 years we were faithful and very satisfied clients of Mr Alan. After he passed away last year - the new owners are ruining the business he built. We ordered a custom arrangement - the arrangement was for a large oblong table- the finished product was uneven - broken flowers - and despite the fact the order was placed a week in advance - it looked like it was thrown together at the last minute. When we mentioned to the staff the issues with the arrangement they were very rude and lacked any customer service skills.

We left unsatisified and went to another local florist who made a beautiful arrangement for us at the last minute- and who will now get our business in the future.

Flowers were ordered from FTD and for my area they use Mr. Alans Florist. The arrangement that was order was full, lush vibrant and tight and came is a nice wooden basket. Upon arrival the flowers the florist did was not good. It was drab in color, loosely put together and lots of spaces. They even had these stick fern things sticking out and it came in a cheap basket.



We called FTD regarding a full refund as it was not what we ordered nor looked like it. FTD should be MY contact point since we ordered from them, however the florist called us and told us to accept the partial refund from FTD. We stated we would like a full refund and knew they would have to take the flowers back. We were then expected to pay an additional charge for them to come get the flowers in order to be refunded. Ummm, what happened to customer satisfaction? The women at the florist was not pleasant at all.



This florist has delivered to out area and to us in the past and we were never satisfied, SInce FTD and 800-Flowers use this florist we will never use FTD or 800 either. I will stick to paying a new found florist the same money for 3xs the flowers and fresh at that.
