Great office staff. Dr Rontal is caring, professional and her methods are painless. I flew from Las Vegas to California just so that she could do my root canal and crown.

I was a very fearful patient. I hated going to the dentist. For that reason I hadn't been to the dentist in a very long time! When I came in they were very friendly and made me feel welcome. I had a few "issues" in my mouth and scheduled them to be taken care of at a later date. When I came back the doctor was very comforting and of course no one likes shots, but it wasn't as bad as it has been in the past. I really enjoyed this office and I will continue my care and recommend this office to anyone who has a fear of dentists.

It seems that Delta Bay Dental was more interested in billing out more work than my personal well being - After my initial visit I was told that I needed a deep cleaning and a couple of fillings - I made two appointments for the deep cleaning but put off the fillings till I would get my Dental coverage from my current employer - I went to the 1st appt, expecting to be there for only an hour - next thing I know they were putting in two fillings - There was NO warning or ANY indication that they were going to be doing this - I ended up being there for 3 hours - My Family had no idea where I was and couldn't get a hold me - to add insult to injury, I was asked to pay the difference that my wife's dental plan would not pay FOR FILLINGS THAT I DIDN"T EVEN WANT!!!! AGRRRRRGGGHHHHHH!!!! I also ended up having a fat lip for two days. All I ask is that they keep me informed - Had I been told that the wanted to do fillings, I would have said NO
