I bought a bike online and wan...

I bought a bike online and wanted it assembled professionally. I took it to another local bike shop and when I seemed disappointed that it would take two weeks, they implied that if I slipped the mechanic a case of red bull, it would get done quicker.

Irritated with this, I took my bike elsewhere. Kitsap bike did a great job, were honest and competent and the bike ran great. I also bought all my gear – helmet, bike lock etc, from them, and these to have served me splendidly.

Recently my derailleur got smashed, I took it in and they not only replaced and repaired it in just a couple of hours, but fixed broken spokes as well without even asking.

A great shop. I’d never take my bike to anyone else.
