These witches costed me a lot. I let go a good groomer because the groomer claimed their nails and ears weren't done right when I took my shih tzus for a bath. The groomer said the cut I wanted was so easy and she could do a much better job. She certainly did, she shaved them to the skin including their heads. Then I read a review that she yelled at a little dog. They deserve no stars and no clients.
