I called in the morning to get hours and directions and pressing #2 (the prompt) did not work. Called back in the afternoon and was attended to by staff that left me on hold for 10 minutes while she said she would get someone to help me. I was trying to find out if they had a fire plate for the Fire Magic BBQs we had purchased from them a few years ago. A male customer service representative picked up the phone while I was on hold and then abruptly put me back on hold before even bothering to ask if he could help me. The CSR from Barbeques Galore didn't know anything and told me she would ask her manager and they would give me a call back right away. About two hours later I dropped in since I was in the area (usually about a 20 minute drive) and the girl said that the manager was still busy, but one of the other CSRs over heard our conversation and said that they don't stock parts for Fire Magic and that they could special order them.



Um, hello? Really? I can go on the internet and order the part and have it delivered to my door. Why would I need BBQ Galore if they are going to special order the part? Barbeques Galore couldn't tell me that over the phone? It is very hard to recommend calling Barbeques Galore and unless you live close by, you would be better off going to Home Depot or Lowes.
