I have visited this store several times... never get decent service or a hot meal... the place looks as if it could use a good cleaning and the staff needs to be trained on how to act towards customers.... I'm done with this place

TI have visited this store several times. The lobby isn't very clean. The kitchen didn't look clean at all. Prices are expensive, food is greasy, and the service is lacking at best. Servers aren't very polite, no service with a smile, and long waits. Iced tea is stale and night staff are more concerned with playing around than working. I don't plan to go back!
