Eye Doctor’s Optical Outlets
Each Eye Doctor’s Optical Outlets location is doctor-owned, uniting the staff with a common vision to sharpen sight and boost eye health. Eye examinations reveal prescriptions and uncover any other ocular problems. After patients choose a new set of lenses, the in-house technicians get to work crafting them in the shop’s own lab rather than sending them off to be made during a summer camp’s arts and crafts day. Sundry designer frames border eyes in looks from Giorgio Armani and Marc Jacobs to Nike and Harley Davidson, and there is usually a trio of technicians in the shop, enabling multiple clients to summon help with a single pigeon call. Doctors can also help patients select the right contact lenses from brands such as Acuvue and Bausch & Lomb.

This was the absolute worst medical experience I have ever been through. I killed myself to get to this appointment on time for my son just to be disrespected by the doctor himself. The staff was very accommodating with my 7 minute late arrival so I thought the appointment would be just as friendly but it was definitley not. My 9 year old son sat in the chair during the exam and was being disrespected by the doctor. He was very impatient with him and would not give him a chance to answer him on which lenses were better than the other. I sat there at first hoping it would stop but then he told my son to "use your words" when he didn't answer him fast enough. He rolled his eyes repeatedly at my son and continued to show a great amount of impatience. I asked him to please be patient with him as it is sometimes hard to tell the difference between two lenses. He then proceeded to berate me and tell me I was interrupting. At that point I had enough. We got up and left. I refuse to allow anyone to disrespect my children. I don't how many initials you have after your name. Nothing gives you the right to make a child feel so "little". I will never go back to this place and will discourage anyone who ever considers going there. I feel sorry that staff has to work with someone with so little care for others, both medically and emotionally.

I visited this Optical Outlets after having been treated horribly at the Brandon Town Center location. The ladies were extremely nice. The doctor was concise and did his job, but the staff was wonderful. It almost cancelled out my feeling about the Brandon location. Kudos ladies. I actually felt like I was a customer and I am very pleased.

Terrible. The desk clerk was extremely rude. How she has not managed to get fired for her rude behavior is beyond me. My exam was too short, maybe 5 minutes. The doctor seemed really sad. Probably because he is bullied by his receptionist.
