Love Dr. Nadal but completely dislike his front office staff. They are rude and act as if they don't want to be there. Unfortunately the saying your office staff and or nurses can either make or break you. It is really sad that Dr. Nadal is such an awesome pediatrician but his front office staff is horrible.

This is the most unprofessional place I've ever been to. I called to make an appt. for my daughter, and told her I was fairly certain she was current, as she's 14 in high school. She found online all of her records. She said I didn't need to bring them in, as they had copies. When I came in for my daughter's appointment, I went to the counter and waited while the 2 women behind the counter finished their conversation. Finally I said "is there somewhere I should sign in?" I was told " wait a minute" while they continued speaking. When I was finally addressed after 5 minutes, she asked for my for her shot records, and proceeded to argue with me when I told her the woman I spoke to said I didn't need to bring them. She said and I quote "you were not told not to bring them, and you need to reschedule your appointment since you didn't bring them." At this point I was sure this was an indication of how things are run in there, so I said no thank you just cancel my appointment. I was so flustered I had forgotten my ID, my daughter went to the window and the old woman said "who are you?" She said "im her daughter can I have my mom's ID?" She then said "no you're not, you're not 14" and argued with my daughter! I am appalled at the way we were treated, and wouldn't go back there if there if my life depended on it!

The office staff here are horrible. Not friendly one bit. The lady at the front counter gossips all day and ignores the patients. I came in and was trying to talk with her and at the same time her Co worker rudely interrupts me and starts gossiping about patients right in front of me. I really dislike the doctors staff . Love the doctor . This office needs to cut their losses with the rude employees

I travel 90 minutes to see Dr Nadal for my daughter's ADHD/learning disability issues. I've been hard pressed to find another doctor that I would trust more than him for managing this frustrating and challenging issue. He is obviously a very deeply caring and engaged doctor. Over the two years we've been seeing Dr Nadal for these issues we've also had him review some of the minor health issues we've had that were none the less perplexing such as an ear issue that baffled doctors in Orlando and at Shand's. He is always dead-on in his diagnosing. I wish I lived closer so he could be her regular pediatrician.

As far as the long waits go, I am a nurse who has worked with doctors for twenty-five years. The doctors you want to worry about are the ones who are always on time, seriously.

I happen to fall onto Nadal Pediatrics when my daughter was born by accident. You see I had went around when I was pregnant meeting Dr. after Dr. then one day found one. I was very please with this Dr. until my delivery of my daughter. When the nurse at the hospital asked me who her pediatrician was I told her the name of the Dr. I had chose. Only to learn the next day she was seen by Dr. Nadal instead because the Dr. I had picked no longer excepted new patients. I was very upset I did not know who this Dr. Nadal was. So 1week later I walked into Dr. Nadal's office not knowing what I would find only to be pleasantly Suprised. The staff was amazing. My daughter to this day still goes there, almost 8yrs later. We have moved to Tampa since then. I even changed her for a short period to a closer Dr. but they are the only Dr. she feels comfortable with. She only sees the ARNP Joyce, but when we walk in they know her by name and treat us like family. You just don't find Dr.'s like this anywhere. Whenever my daughter gets sick I have no problem driving the hr. it takes to get her there. Nadal Pediatrics in my eyes is simply amazing!!
