The Manager is RUDE at multiple times,i saw her say horrible things to her staff or at times to clients -..disiplining her staff in front of everyone,should be a NO-NO you come in there to be relaxed not insulted or terrified...insults people without shame(clients)there should be disiplinary actions against her saying what she is saying at times

Manager is NOT a People Person
