everything is a text book to them and they'll kill your pet. try loosing your dog over a lost tooth. zero stars is too many. but i had to pick one to post.words can't discribe the dislike for this bussiness.i have talked to several people who had similar experiances with this office. go to bradenton to the animal er.or go anywhere but to these people.
