We recently had a windshield replaced at K3 Glass. To say the least it was not acceptable! I was surprised the vehicle left the shop as finished. Since we live out of state(not a short trip), the only way for us to display dissatisfaction of the work was send pictures to K3 Glass for evaluation. We also copied our insurance company(SF, recommended by) even though payment came from our pocket. Giving K3 Glass time to review the pictures and my comments, we had a discussion and was offered compensation for a replacement. The resolution was a joint effort worked out with the help of our insurance company. Bad days can happen to all of us, but not all of us will make good. In the end, I was impressed by both companies standing by their commitment to customer satisfaction.
