They do not know much of anything. I asked if they had a 97 Caviler they looked on their computer and told me they didn't have ANY Cavilers and found 6 in the lot with the part I needed. Parts are wayyy over priced and they try and tack on extra fees such as a core charge. Returns are a hassle, if you go in the morning they tell you they don't have any money and to come back at 12pm (even though the return would go back on my card).
