Beware Cloud Pest Control (their new name). I used them under their old name and had no problem. I found a few dead roaches and had them come out and the guy initially wanted double what Manatee charged. I let him know that I'd be searching for a new company next time. He then switched sprays saying that he'd use one that killed spiders too. Bottom line is I still have roaches. Another pest company said that most companies would charge less than I paid under Manatee Pest.

Excellent, professional work, highly recommended! On time, use own crews, work not farmed out. Tented our home in October 2009.

Not the cheapest and not the best. Brothers doing estimates are friendly and answer questions but the one doing the actual tenting is a surly foul-mouthed uncommunicative nasty piece of work. My job was delayed a day and no one bothered to call and let me know, causing additional expense in hotel costs and animal kennel boarding. Did not provide copy of the contract; I would never use this company again.
