For years I had been bring my dogs to Angel Paws. I called to make their Appointment to have them groomed only to receive a phone call back stating that the groomer is not taking any new clients. I told her that my animals had been going there for years and asked her what she was talking about. The only thing that she would repeat over and over again was that the groomer is not taking on any new clients. I kept telling her that I am not a new client however, she would not hear me. I was shocked at the way I was being treated by this person. After all of the years that I had been bringing my dogs to this place. Always paying and leaving good tips for the groomers. So, this is very shocking to me. It must be nice to be so busy that you can rudely turn away good paying customers. Especially those who have been dedicated enough to bring their animals to them for years. I find their business practices to be very unproffesional and would never refer anyone to Angel Paws. Not a Good Groomer!!
