Terrible customer service. No help at all. Visits to the store frequently take over an hour and a half. Even paying your bill with them is difficult!

Thank -You so much for helping me in my time of need. I was very imprethessed with everyone whom I delt with,and was well informed on how to use the equipment and O2 that I needed.

Stood up for 3 appts, we'll see if they can manage to make the fourth. It's not easy being a single mom with two special needs kids, showing up to appts and being told the person you are there to see is gone is frustrating beyond belief. If there were ANY other place I could go, I would.

My husband had a gunshot wound in both legs and we went to Price Rite first - we were in there a total of 4 times and were treated badly every single time. The people were not only rude, they didn't offer any help at all in the way of suggestions to overcome obstacles we were incurring with our medical equipment. We went to another medical supply after that and all of our issues were treated with care and compassion and they found solutions.
