When I made my appointment for an eye exam, I specifically asked if my insurance was accepted. I was put on hold while the lady checked on it, she came back and assured me it was. Drove 90 miles for that exam only to be told my insurance was actually NOT accepted. Super disappointed with this LensCrafters.

After picking out frames I left being reassured that my optometrist would be contacted to obtain my lense prescription and that my glasses would be ready the following Monday. When I returned 7 days later, I learned that my name was not entered into the computer, nothing had been done to get my prescription and the frames were in a filing cabinet. Instead of apologizing, the supervisor explained how it was my fault not theirs. No effort was made to correct the mistake. Instead of with glasses, I left disappointed and astounded at the poor service.
